SOUL TREATS

The beatmaker label Golden Ticket Tapes and the soul label Golden Rules present:
Soul Treats. In a collaboration between the two projects, renowned beatmakers from the Golden Ticket Tapes network like mädmäx, Saiko, L One, Lovers Hi Fi and many more had access to the Golden Rules catalog of deep soul and funk and formed new tracks from it.

The outcome: Soulful instrumental Hip Hop, Jazzhop and Lofi beats with analog textures and immense musicality.The 10 tracks are released as singles and samplers. The perfect joint venture.

The beatmaker platform Golden Ticket Tapes has been continuously releasing high quality instrumental hip hop since 2018 and has become one of the scene beacons and a guarantor of quality. Well over 50 different artists have been featured so far, well over 200 releases have been released to date and the tracks have been listened to over 100 million times on streaming platforms.

Golden Rules sees itself as a digital archive and platform for Soul&Funk. Elaborately prepared stories from old magazines go hand in hand with exclusive digital distribution releases and an annual LP sampler celebrated by the scene press from Blues&Soul Magazine to BBC.
